A good all round extra virgin olive oil with grassy green aroma and a slow build up of pepper. A good balance of flavours that lightly lingers.
A perfect accompany for pretty much everything. Excellent for dressings, marinates, with meats and seafood, drizzle over pizza, pasta or even toast. A nice oil to cook with also.
