Give breakfast a boost

Breakfast is the staple meal of the day to kick start you for the day ahead, so it's important to make it nutritious without being boring.

I'm not a huge fan of bread but I love hash browns (technically they are a vegetable so can't be all bad, right?)  These are the store bought variety but if you have time on your hands and a desire to make your own check out these easy-to-make hash browns on Taste.com.au. 

So ditch the toast and replace with perfectly crispy, toasted hash browns, stack with freshly sliced avocado, poached eggs just the way you like them and drizzle with olive oil for an extra boost of good fats......top with a good crack of pepper.
